Today I tried to send some emails to clients about their claims. What do you know, the email address is no good. Obviously, the clients changed their email address and forgot to let us know. If you change an email address or your telephone and/or mailing address, it is a good idea to let your lawyer know. Just an FYI.

In today’s busy world, we always talk about sending out that thank you letter, etc. But, somehow, we never get around to it. So, when we receive a thank you email or note from a client, it really makes us feel great.
