Hospital System Fails

New York City’s public hospitals could be facing malpractice suits since the discovery that the results from at least 4,000 echocardiograms were never reviewed by doctors. The hospital failed to have an adequate procedural system requiring doctors to review the tests, which monitor heart disease and abnormal heart function.

Hurt on the job? Everyone wants to find the best workers compensation attorney when they are hurt on the job.

Hurt in a car or truck accident ? Everyone wants to find the best personal injury lawyer when they or a loved one has been seriously injured, as a result of someone else’s negligence, injured in an auto accidemt, car accident, highway accident, interstate accident, truck accident, or motorcycle accident.

Victim of Medical Negligence? Everyone wants to find the best medical malpractice attorney when they are or become the victim of medical malpractice, medical negligence, wrongful death, or a birthing injury,

But how do you do that?

Finding the best lawyer to represent you in your case can be a difficult task. You want the best lawyer you can get, but how do you know how to choose?

The best way to find a lawyer to represent you is by asking your friends and relatives if they know a lawyer to recommend. But make sure that any lawyer they recommend is experienced in the type of legal matter in which you are involved.
